Spicy steamed squid
Create a fan made easy seafood dish that is guaranteed to satisfy. Steamed squid with ink until it feels soft savory. Plus chili and basil, more delicious!
Ingredients:
500 g medium-size squid
2 cloves of garlic grated
1 cm ginger, crushed
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 red chilies, sliced thin oblique
Complement:
Basil leaves
How to Make:
Wash the squid, discard bones soft.
Pull the head, let the ink sac.
Rinse and drain.
Place the squid in a pan.
Give the garlic, ginger, pepper and salt.
Cover the pan, cook on medium heat.
Cook over medium heat until all the water in the squid out.
If not soft, gouramis water, cook again until soft and almost dry.
Pour oil, red chili enter.
Stir until wilted peppers and lift.
Serve with basil leaves.
Serving for 6 servings.
