Seafood Recipe: Grilled Salmon with Basil Cream Sauce
Salmon dish at a restaurant you usually enjoy. This time you can make it yourself. With fragrant basil sauce, salmonpun be more delicious.
ingredients:
200 g Fillet Salmon
500 ml Fish Veloute
100 g of orange pie
50 g of leaf lettuce
5 g of salt
5 g pepper powder
100 g carrots
500 g mashed potato
100 g skinless boiled edamame
100 g enoki mushrooms
Basil Cream Sauce:
200 g basil
100 g of powdered parmesan cheese
30 g pine nuts
400 ml olive oil
10 g of garlic
5 g of salt
5 g pepper powder
800 ml fresh cream
How to Make:
Basil Cream Sauce:
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Put in a non-stick pan that has been heated.
Cook until done.
Blansir vegetable stir-fry with a little butter.
Serve salmon with sauce, vegetables and lettuce.
Dish for 1 serving.
