Sense spicy savory sauce is very tempting. Smoked tuna typical North Sulawesi flavored chili and basil leaves. The delicious spicy taste is perfect combined with fluffier rice warm for a meal later.
Ingredients:
250 g smoked meat tuna, steamed
2 pieces of lime leaves, finely sliced
1 stalk lemongrass, finely sliced
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 pieces of lime
20 basil leaves
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Puree:
8 large red chilies, seeded
10 pieces of red chili
6 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
1 tsp salt
How to Make:
pieces of tuna meat.
Heat the vegetable oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
Add lime leaves, lemongrass, and chili powder.
Stir until the sauce cooked.
Enter the fish meat, stir until well blended.
Add lemon juice and basil leaves.
