Seafood Recipe: Deep Fried King Prawn with Oatmeal & Garlic
Wheat fried shrimp dish is so excellent restaurant. If you want to make yourself is also not difficult. Savory blend of crunchy chewy oatmeal and savory shrimp and spicy chili makes it more savory delicious shrimp.
ingredients:
2 pieces of large size tiger shrimp
20 g chopped garlic fries
30 g oatmeal
5 g of chopped red chili sauce
½ g of salt
10 g of powdered chicken broth
20 g cornstarch
cooking oil
How to Make:
Scissors cut legs tentacle prawn and shrimp.
Scissors skin at the back of the shrimp, shrimp meat slice.
Wash thoroughly and drain.
Sprinkle shrimp with chicken broth powder, cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
Fried shrimp until it changes color then drain.
Oatmeal saute until fragrant and slightly yellowish.
Add chili and fried chopped garlic, stir well.

Add shrimp, stirring until blended.
Remove and serve warm.
Dish for 1 serving.
