Powerful Smoothies



Do not have much time to prepare breakfast, make smoothies just this one. Banana, strawberry plus oatmeal will give supply calories to the day!

ingredients:
Ambon 2 bananas, peeled, cut into pieces
150 g fresh strawberries, wash
250 ml soy milk / low fat milk
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oatmeal

How to Make:
Put all ingredients in the bowl of a blender.
Process until smooth.
Pour into 2 serving glasses.
Serve immediately.

Serving for 2 servings.
