Shahe Fried Eggs




This simple recipe is always a mainstay when there's no time to cook. Shahe can be replaced with noodles or vermicelli. Vegetables can also be adjusted to taste. Originally eaten while still warm steaming savory-savory taste delicious.

ingredients:
Shahe fen 250 g dry
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
1 leek, sliced
5 pieces of leaf lettuce
1 egg

How to Make:
Shahe fen Boil in boiling water until tender. Remove and drain.
Melt the margarine, add the sesame oil.
Saute garlic until fragrant.
Enter the fish sauce, pepper and salt. Stir well.
Add vegetables and eggs, stirring until eggs are cooked.
Enter Shahe fen, stirring until blended.
Lift. Serve warm.
Serving for 4 servings.
