recipes Roti Jala India
500 grams of flour
1 tsp salt
4 grain eggs lightly beaten
1 litre coconut milk from a single grain of coconuts
2 tbsp vegetable oil
How To Make Roti Jala:
Mix the flour, salt and eggs. Stir until well blended.
Stir in coconut milk and vegetable oil, stir until blended and smooth.
Preheat the skillet to fry the size of 20 cm, give the oil a little bit so that it cannot lenket.
Spoon the dough with a cup of aluminum with wholes are below it. Pour into skillet with melingkar-lingkar way.
Once cooked, lift and fold. Do until the dough runs out.
Note:
If there is no aluminium cups, plastic pouches that can be mamakai end pieces 1-1/2 mm
