Peanut Shrimp Spaghetti Sauce



Sour spicy and savory flavors are special taste on pasta this one. Delicious chickpea savory makes this spaghetti dish becomes more nutrient dense. Serve while hot and add the grated cheese if you like!

ingredients:
250 g dried spaghetti
1 tsp chopped parsley
8 medium-size shrimps, fried dried

sauce:
1 tbsp butter
50 g onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
300 g red tomatoes, chopped
100 g of beans canned chickpeas, drained
1 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
100 ml of water
How to Make:
Boil the spaghetti until tender, drain.

sauce:
Saute onion and garlic until wilted and fragrant.
Add tomatoes, stir until wilted.
Add chickpeas, spices, and water, cook until boiling.
Enter fried shrimp, stir until blended. Lift.
Place the spaghetti on a serving plate.
Pour The sauce, sprinkle with parsley.
Serve warm.

Serving for 4 servings.
