Homemade Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce


Gnocchi is a type of potato pasta that tastes savory chewy. Gorgonzola cheese and cream sauce were delicious savory makes this pasta so it feels even more special.

ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, washed
200 g flour
2 chicken eggs
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
150 g Parmesan cheese
sauce:
200 ml fresh cream
50 ml white wine, if desired
30 g gorgonzola cheese
2 g balsamic syrup
10 g of fresh rocket lettuce

How to Make:
gnocchi:
Steamed or boiled potatoes until tender. Remove and drain.
Peel the potatoes until clean. Cut into chunks.
Puree the potatoes while hot.
Add other ingredients until blended.
Menjad dough forms small balls.
Boil water, put the gnocchi.
Cook until floating. Remove and drain.
sauce:

Heat a frying pan, cook until melted gorgonzola cheese.
Enter a cream and white wine, bring to a boil.
Add gnocchi and cook until boiling. Lift.
Put in a serving dish.
Give arugula lettuce and balsamic syrup.

Serving for 6 servings.
