Mango Smoothies
If your child is less like fresh fruit and milk, cold drinks may try this. It feels soft with a slightly sweet taste of savory cream cheese. Total yogurt and cream cheese can be adjusted to taste. Serve cold. Slruup ... delicious!
ingredients:
250 g of fruit flesh Arumanis ripe mango trees, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons cream cheese / cream cheese
5 spade vanilla ice cream
100 ml plain yogurt
Topping:
1 tbsp toasted cashews, chopped
How to Make:
Prepare 2 cups of fruit high.
Enter the ingredients into the bowl of a blender.
Process until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses.
Sprinkle cashews.
Serve immediately.
Serving for 2 servings
