fruit drinks cold


This mixed fruit ice wearing a thin coconut milk sauce savory fragrance. Enjoyed cold, very tasty. Not only thirst but also the nutritional benefits you can get. 

ingredients: 
300 g of fruit flesh arumanis mango, cut into pieces 
2 kiwi fruit, peeled, cut into pieces 
200 g strawberries, cleaned, cut into pieces 
200 g of nata de coco 
ice cubes, crushed 

gravy:
500 ml thin coconut milk 
75 g sugar 
1 sheet of pandan leaves, cut into pieces 

How to Make: 
Sauce: Cook the coconut milk, sugar and pandan leaves to boil. 
Remove and let cool. 
Put fruits and nata de coco in serving glasses. 
Pour the coconut milk and let the ice cubes. 
Serve cold. 
Serving for 6 servings.
