Fried Chicken mantau bread recipe



A soft padded mantau bread it seems more palatable after the savory Chickenbatter filled. Tasty eaten as a snack or a hearty breakfast menu.

Ingredients:
6 pieces of plain mantau, ready to buy
cooking oil
Contents of the dough, stir so one:
250 g minced chicken meat
1 chicken egg white, beaten
1 tablespoon finely sliced chives
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt
How To Make:
Halve each transverse slices of bread mantau.
The contents of the former with the content until Dough slices dense, flatten.
FRY patties in hot oil while mantau flush-siramkan oil over the bread until browned and dry.
Remove and drain.
Serve warm with chilli sauce.
Dishes for 6 servings.
